If you lost your Video DownloadHelper license key for Firefox, Chrome or Edge, it can be sent by mail to the address you provided when purchasing the license.
If you cannot receive an email to the license original address but you have purchased a license less than 1-year ago, please contact us at support [at] downloadhelper [dot] net.
